Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Automize Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Automize.

Affiliates have no authority to bind Automize, make guarantees, or represent Automize in any legal or financial capacity.

2. What Affiliates SHOULD Do

Affiliates are encouraged to:

  • Promote Automize honestly and ethically

  • Use approved affiliate links, tracking links, and marketing assets

  • Share personal experiences, demos, reviews, or educational content

  • Disclose affiliate relationships clearly (FTC compliance)

  • Target relevant audiences who can genuinely benefit from Automize

  • Represent pricing, features, and capabilities accurately

  • Follow all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy laws

Quality referrals matter more than volume.

3. What Affiliates MUST NOT Do

Affiliates may not:

  • Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims

  • Guarantee results, income, deals, profits, or ROI

  • Misrepresent Automize as a “done-for-you” or “guaranteed” system

  • Run spam campaigns (SMS, email, DMs, robo-posting, comment spam)

  • Purchase traffic using misleading ads or fake urgency

  • Impersonate Automize, its team, or its brand

  • Use Automize branding in domain names, social handles, or paid ads

  • Bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Automize CRM”, “Automize AI”)

  • Offer unauthorized bonuses, discounts, or incentives

  • Engage in deceptive, unethical, or illegal marketing practices

  • Refer yourself or create duplicate accounts (self-referrals)

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

4. Approved Promotional Channels

Allowed (if compliant):

  • Educational content (YouTube, blogs, podcasts)

  • Email newsletters (opt-in only)

  • Organic social media posts

  • Community recommendations

  • Review or comparison content

Restricted or prohibited:

  • Cold SMS or cold email blasts

  • Automated spam DMs

  • Misleading paid ads

  • Branded keyword PPC campaigns

Automize reserves the right to review or restrict any promotional method at its discretion.

5. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn recurring commissions on eligible paid subscriptions

  • Commission applies only while the referred customer remains active and paying

  • Commissions stop if the customer cancels, refunds, or fails payment

  • No commissions are paid on internal use, test accounts, or self-referrals

Commission rates, tiers, and bonuses are defined on the Affiliate Program page and may be updated periodically.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payouts are processed monthly (NET 30)

  • Minimum payout threshold: $100

  • Payment methods may include direct deposit, PayPal, or wire transfer

  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details

  • Affiliates are responsible for all taxes, reporting, and compliance in their jurisdiction

Automize is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.

7. Tracking & Attribution

  • Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links and cookies

  • Cookie duration: [Insert duration, e.g., 60 or 90 days]

  • Only one affiliate may receive credit per customer

  • Automize’s tracking system is the final authority on attribution

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring proper link usage.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversals

  • Commissions are reversed for refunded, charged-back, or fraudulent transactions

  • If a refund occurs after payout, the amount may be deducted from future earnings

  • Abuse of refund policies may result in termination

9. Termination

Automize may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation is detected

  • Affiliate behavior harms the brand or customers

Affiliates may also terminate participation at any time by written notice.

Upon termination:

  • All promotional use of Automize branding must stop immediately

  • Unpaid commissions tied to violations may be forfeited

10. Intellectual Property

Automize trademarks, logos, copy, demos, and materials remain the exclusive property of Automize.

Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use approved materials only while active in the Program.

11. Limitation of Liability

Automize is not liable for:

  • Lost income or expected commissions

  • Tracking discrepancies

  • Business outcomes from referrals

  • Affiliate marketing decisions

Participation is at your own risk.

12. Modifications

Automize may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Philadelphia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
